How is exact age calculated?

Exact age counts full years first, then full months, then the remaining days, borrowing days from the previous month when needed — the same way official forms compute it. For example, someone born on June 15, 1990 turns exactly 36 years, 4 months and 15 days old on October 30, 2026.

How many days have I been alive?

This calculator counts every calendar day between your birth date and the reference date, including leap days. A 36-year-old has typically lived about 13,000–13,500 days. Your exact figure is shown as "Total days lived".

Can I calculate age at a past or future date?
